Application Procedure

Every application must consist of a cover note of approximately 500-1000 words explaining your clinical practice, experience, categories of awards and supporting evidence like Accreditations, awards, testimonials & reviews etc.

Presentation

Things to remember while submitting the Entry:-

  1. Each entry should include before & after photographs.
  2. All photographs must be in HD quality.
  3. Photographs and videos should not be older than 3 years.
  4. Each entry can have maximum of 5 cases.
  5. A power point template would be sent to you via email.
  6. You must submit the application form along with the presentation and payment before the last date of submission.

*Application fees is non refundable. The decision of the jury is final and will not be reviewed under any circumstances. Any dispute would be settled under Delhi jurisdiction.

Who Can Apply for Awards

  • Any Dental Surgeon who is practicing or working in India
  • Post graduate students
  • Entries are invited from Dental Colleges of India.
  • Individuals/corporate running Chain of Dental Clinics
